Russian gas grows into the opened political weapon. Such opinion was expressed by the former adviser of the Britannic government, leader of deliberatively-research center Devid Klark.
In opinion of Klarka, without regard to the existent decline of oil prices and gas, a picture can soon change, and in a long-term plan, taking into account growing demand, prices will begin steadily raise and the problem of dependence will be only sharpened.
According to an expert, Britain and European union must begin common pressure on Russia, to induce her to operate within the framework of obligations of responsible partner.
Klark marked also, that presently had come exactly to time, when and Britain and America with the active bringing in of science must mightily co-operate together in finding of new power alternative. |
