The ministry of finance the USA changed the primary plan of help financial institutes.

Now it will let to appeal after facilities also to the foreign jars and other organizations of financial sector. A main condition is a presence of large subdivisions of these companies in United States.

The head of ministry of finance Henry Polson explained to the journalists, that a wide difference between a foreign and American financial institute is not present, if both the businesses conduct in the USA, hire Americans and run into the crisis of liquidity.

The early version of document, appearing on September, 20, contained a line, requiring ot banks, investment and insurance companies, circulating for help, to have headquarters in the USA. It eliminated support of such large companies as Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS. The corrected version settles participating in the program of foreign banks.

Financial institutes will get ot authorities of the USA 700 milliards of dollars for a term of two years. Exact terms are while unknown. Expected, that a bill will enter House of representatives on Thursday. On Friday already will approve him and will send on a signature the president of the USA to George to Bush Senat.
